Preparing for Remembrance Day

The pupils across Newcastle Bridges School are preparing to mark Remembrance Day next week through a range of activities in all subject areas.

In Art, they have been busy creating beautiful silhouette artwork and sun catcher poppies, exploring the significance of remembrance through creativity and reflection.

Throughout the week, the pupils will take part in lessons and activities that help them understand the importance of remembering those who have served and sacrificed for our country.

Everyone is incredibly proud of the thought, respect and creativity they have shown as they prepare to mark this important occasion.
