Newcastle Bridges School Raises £250 for CHUF on World Heart Day

The pupils and staff at Newcastle Bridges School were proud to support World Heart Day with a special fundraising bake sale, raising an incredible £250 for the Children's Heart Unit Fund (CHUF).

This fundraiser was especially meaningful to Newcastle Bridges School as a number of pupils have received care and support from the specialist team at the Freeman Hospital Heart Unit.

They would like to thank everyone who donated, baked, bought cakes, and supported the event. The generosity helped them raise an amazing £250, which will all go towards helping CHUF continue its important work.
