10A Get Creative in NCFE Food

As part of preparations for an upcoming enterprise session, Class 10A has been developing their culinary skill in NCFE Food by making a range of delicious sausage rolls. The pupils experimented with different flavours and ingredients, building confidence in the kitchen and exploring new taste combinations.

Lee impressed staff with his creativity, producing a mature cheddar and balsamic vinegar sausage roll that proved a big hit during a staff tasting session.

Well done to Lee and everyone in 10A for their hard work and fantastic efforts ahead of the upcoming enterprise event.
