Eating Out at McDonald's

Some pupils at the Kenton site have been learning how to budget and practised calculating the correct amount of change using real-life scenarios. Their topic is 'Eating Out' and the pupils voted to dine at McDonald's. They researched McDonald's produce and prices, making a PowerPoint. 

As a result of all their hard work, the pupils were given a budget to buy a meal at McDonald’s.  This promoted independence for them and they thoroughly enjoyed it.
