Exploring Fish Artwork

This term's topic has been water and fish. The pupils have looked at several different artists relating to this topic. One young person chose to work with clay; he designed a template of a mackerel, which was then laser cut into wood by his teacher. He used this template to make a mackerel, and then painted it and made a collage. A lot of hard work and thought went into the final piece.

The young person hosted an art exhibition where family, staff, and other young people were able to view the work.
