OCR Level 1 / Level 2 Cambridge Nationals in Enterprise and Marketing (J819)

This Business Studies course is taught over a two-year period. The first year aims to cover all theoretical aspects whilst focusing on pupils becoming exam ready by the end of year 1. Year 2 will focus on completion of coursework and sitting an external examination.

The following units are mandatory:

• R064: Enterprise and Marketing concepts (External set examination)
• R065: Design a business proposal (Coursework)
• R066: Market and pitch a business proposal (Coursework)

The overall grade will be achieved on completion of the three mandatory units above. There will also be a resit opportunity for the external set examination. This qualification is closely linked to real life businesses and can provide an excellent opportunity to prepare for post-16 options.
