Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Celebrating Excellence Awards 2022

Our school and enrichment team at our GNCH site, comprising of teachers and professionals from projects including Newcastle United Foundation, Durham Cricket Foundation, Art Therapy and Music Therapy, were short-listed in the Partnership Working category for the Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Celebrating Excellence Awards 2022! Ten members of the team attended an Award Ceremony at Newcastle Civic Centre on Friday September 30th 2022. We were treated to a drinks reception, delicious three-course meal, followed by the Award Ceremony hosted by Stephen Mangan, actor from, to name but one project, “The Split”. Our team did not win the award in our category, but were delighted to be nominated and short-listed. All finalists were presented with a framed certificate. The staff who attended the evening had a wonderful time as you will see by the photographs.
