This week in our food lessons we have had the privilege of experiencing authentic Pakistani food with the help of Mrs Habib who kindly shared her traditional Chicken Tikka Masala recipe. All classed who took part thoroughly enjoyed the food and all said how nice it was, some even said it was the best curry they have had.

As a bonus all staff got the opportunity to try the curry and adored it too, this recipe is definitely a winner.

We would like to take the opportunity to share the recipe for anyone wanting to make it at home.

Ingredients:

  • Onion
  • Garlic paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Chilli powder or paprika powder
  • Coriander powder
