We are based at 8 different locations in
Newcastle upon Tyne, each of which has a different specialist area. A team
of home tutors is also part of our school.
Our school enables pupils to continue their education
when they are ill in hospital, convalescing from recent illness, or when
circumstances prevent them from accessing "normal" education due to
physical or mental ill health or pregnancy.
The school is staffed by qualified, experienced teachers who are
assisted by auxiliary teaching staff.
The Newcastle Bridges School maintains a link
between the child and their own school offering continuity of education
and a smooth integration when they return.
