Redeeming our TRIP Points

At Kenton we have a TRIP reward system which enables staff to nominate 3 students based on Tolerance, Resilience, Independence and Positivity. Each nomination counts for 5 points. Students can also boost their points by receiving an extra 5 points for a full weeks attendance plus a bonus 5 for good time keeping. Students can pick from a range of rewards that they themselves selected. One student received the top prize of a £30 voucher for the shop of his choice, Sports Direct, as he had managed to total up 1000 points!
