Living Eggs Chicks Hatch at NBS

Since Monday 6th February the Science department have hatched out a great plan to bring some cracking baby chicks into Newcastle Bridges School from the team at Living Eggs. This has provided eggcellent opportunities for our young people to eggsplore our feathered friends in their earliest stages of development. We’re not yolking - they’ve flown from classroom to classroom visiting as many subjects they can from Science to Technology and everything in between. Not only has this eggventure coincided with our curriculum but also Children’s Mental Health week a vitally important week in our calendar. Unfortunately they do have to make like an egg and scramble back to their home with Living Eggs and their new journey to a fanciful coup ready for the half term holidays and beyond.
